Cheap Good Computers
It doesn’t take a lot of patience to find cheap good computers. I can tell you from experience about a few times I have needed a cheap good computer. It always seems to happen after hours. Your computer crashes; you need to reload windows or your current computer just finally gives out. You don’t have a restore system CD and you got to have a working computer pronto.
What I have done in the past is open your local newspaper to the classifieds. Most newspapers even have their own sales section for used computers. I found a 30 gig Hewlett Packard bundle for 50 bucks one night. I called the person and they met me in a parking lot to make the exchange. The computer bundle cost me only 50 dollars, much less than a windows CD and it was in perfect working order. The sellers had even saved the box that the bundle had originally come in and had it all repacked as if it was new.
Another good idea for cheap good computers is to checkout your local goodwill and thrift stores. I have bought many computers, monitors, mice, cords, printers and other computer parts from goodwill stores. All of the goodwill and thrift stores I have bought from either already had the computer hooked up or would let me plug it up to see if it worked. I have never bought a nonworking computer from these stores. Goodwill also gives a 30 day return policy on all electrical devices. On a number of occasions I could not find what I was specifically wanting in a cheap good computer so what I would do is purchase two or three different ones and use them for parts to build a virtually brand new computer.
Flea markets are a good source for cheap good computers but you will end up paying more for these computers. They are usually all set up to show you they work. You can find what you want but the price range varies anywhere from 150.00 to 400.00 and there is never going to be a warranty.
My last but certainly not least suggestion for buying cheap good computers is to take a look on EBay. If you don’t mind waiting a few days to get a great deal on a computer go to the EBay computer shop. There are literally thousands of computers there just waiting to be snatched up. The only real proof you need is to do a search of your make and model computer that you currently use and take a have terrific savings.
